manufactures custom trolling motor pedal pads and fishing accessories. Our online store operates at sakanaproducts.com and is powered by Shopify Inc.

accessing the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Products and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colours, materials, and dimensions. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, screen calibration differences, or the nature of custom production. These minor variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are manufactured to order, including all items created through our Design Your Own customiser tool. By placing an order for a custom product, you
acknowledge that:
• Production begins promptly after payment is confirmed.
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has commenced.
• You are responsible for ensuring all customisation details (design, colour, motor model) are correct before submitting your order.
• Custom products are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or materially different
from the confirmed order details, as outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.

5. Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and other payment services. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to Australia, the United States, and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only. SAKANA Products is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, text, and the SAKANA brand identity, is the intellectual property of SAKANA Products and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without prior written permission.

When you submit a custom design or logo for use on a product, you confirm that you own or have the right to use that design and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You grant SAKANA Products a limited licence to use your submitted design solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAKANA Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. By using our site and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
