Returns & Refunds

Thanks for purchasing a SAKANA Product!

We hope you enjoy it as much as we think you will, however if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a refund so long as the following conditions are met;

• Items are returned no more than 30 days from date of invoice (contact us to request return details)
• Returned items are in the same condition as supplied, still in the original packaging
• Printed copy of your tax invoice needs to be included as proof of purchase
• Shipping costs to return items is covered by the purchaser
• Custom designed products are not eligible for Refunds, so please make sure you are happy with your design prior to your purchase
