Tips for creating your own designs
- Black and white artwork usually engraves best. Full-colour logos may lose detail when laser engraved.
- Avoid low-resolution JPG/BMP files. If it looks blurry when you zoom in, it will likely engrave blurry too.
- If your logo is complex, send us a message before ordering and we can help check whether it will work.

Custom designed products are not eligible for refunds, so please check your design carefully before purchasing.
Trademarked or brand logos can only be used with written permission from the brand owner. If a submitted design includes a trademarked logo without permission, the order will not be processed until the design is modified.
